Behind the Panthéon stands Saint-Etienne-du-Mont Church. This former Abbaye de Sainte Geneviève was built in 1220, and rebuilt in 1628. It is in the gothic style.

The rood-loft, XVlth and XVllth stained glass window, the XVllth century organ-chest, and the shrine of Ste-Geneviève should not be missed.
